Jim is very knowledgeable and responsive my computer was so bad I was ready to buy a new one than I called Jim he fixed everything I am so pleased with his service your the best Jim
Originally called because we had a virus. Jim came and cleaned it up, repaired other issues, and set us up with a backup hard drive and software we wanted. What a relief to find someone with integrity to come to our aid when we need him! Have had him back for other minor issues as they come up. Always great to talk to and helps us out at a fair and reasonable price! Thanks Jim!
